I hate running too (high five). It just hurts so I refuse to do it. I hate treadmills too, I'm strictly an elliptical girl.

Me too Although if I get bored with the elliptical I'll also do bike. So many people have tried to get me to run - but even in my most fit and healthy of days - I HATED running and it always made me want to die

Sometimes I'll use the bike but it's been a while. My gym has a couple different types of ellipticals so that helps variety-wise. They have this brand new one with arm thingies that seems to burn a lot of calories. I'm bouncing between two gyms now because my city gym has brand new equipment but the gym in my town has parking. It winds up being a timing thing. My town gym also has ancient machines . But they have been replacing a few at a time so hopefully that will continue.
