They just interviewed Patrice on local radio - she said she thinks Lukas should win - that he's a really great songwriter and he's just right for the band...they asked her if she's received a lot of attention since the show's been on - she said it started before the show aired. She got a distribution deal w/ her own label. :-)

(Spoiler alert!) Veteran Hollywood gossip columnist @#$%^&*(#$%^& insists she knows who has won reality talent competition Rock Star: SUPERNOVA, and has revealed the winner's name on her website. Although the show is live and the winner won't be officially announced until September 13th, @#$%^&*(#$%^& claims to have inside information on who will ultimately be named the new lead singer for the band Supernova.

The series follows the search for a vocalist to join the new band, formed by MÖTLEY CRÜE drummer Tommy Lee, former METALLICA bassist Jason Newsted and one-time GUNS N' ROSES guitarist Gilbey Clarke. @#$%^&*(#$%^& says the band had the most clout when it came choosing the winner in the competition because they will have to go on the road with them.

She claims contestant *********** was selected because band members thought *********** would be the best fit and, barring any unforeseen events, *********** will be named the winner in the series finale next month.

Longshot prediction: The band will tell Dilana at the beginning of tonight's show that they can't show any tolerance for violence and that she needs to go home even though she is so very talented.

Then she will go on her solo tour, which I will attend provided all drinks are served in plastic cups.

I think those participating in this thread should be ready, after tonight's performances, to declare who they think the winner will be. Providing everyone doesn't choose the same one, it would be interesting to see whose predicitons are correct for the FINAL "winner."
