k, question here...is this tunnel close to the sumner-callahan (*SP?) tunnels?, i haven't been to boston for 10 yrs, but those are the tunnels we used the most while we were there~ they freaked me out for some reason, i was so apprehensive everytime we went thru them~ no what am i saying, they scared the **** outa me for some reason, those aren't the only tunnels i have driven thru in the US, but those tunnels just creeped me out for some reason ~ besides that tho, i totally LUV boston~ awesome city to visit!!!~

The Williams Tunnel goes out the other end of the airport and comes up to the Central Artery a couple miles farther South, at the Mass Pike interchange.

The S/C Tunnels (your spelling was fine) are old and claustrophobic, despite the fact that a couple years ago they finally raised the ceiling a foot or so to meet Federal Highway Standards. I've been through them a zillion times and still don't like it.
