Since they're in London in 1976 (on that fall press junket they did without playing any shows), I guess that one lad to the right might be Mick's nephew Kells.

I thought maybe the older boy might be Chris's nephew Dan-- ?? but the younger kid looks like a sibling, and I don't know if Dan had a sibling?? anyway..... that was my guess.
