I already asked him, he doesn't have it. He's going to try to get one. I especially want to hear it because it's I Can't Wait.

each performer was responsible for finding and supplying their own backing music. I got about 10 versions of the backing track for I Can't Wait and they were all the same. I never found one I thought was just right so I had to use that I had.

since it's The Knitting Factory, the sound was unbelievable. totally pro.

Did you just get one of the karaoke CD's, or what? Where did you find the backing tracks?

oh, didn't know that's what you meant. yes. I got one version from an online sharing program and one from some karaoke shop online. both were the same. a couple of FM/SN tribute bands also gave me their versions...again...all the same. lol. I thought it was a little cheesy and not enough guitar, but I couldn't find a better version.

this is kind of how my performance at NOTS sounded...without the big ass crack at the end, but I ain't re-recording. and I think I was more gritty/raspy at NOTS...my voice has recovered after a week of rest.

I added some of my own backing vocals to the original backing track and you may hear some here and there.

Rock! you sound good, even with being so loud in the mix. (you know how in the "real" song the music is really loud with her voice) I cringe when I record myself and I'm too loud in the mix.
Yep, that was quite the yell!!!! I thought you sounded especially good on the "put the blame on me if you want to, to be continued" and the "wasted your time" part after that. And your "what can I do when I'm crazy for you" was awesome. So was your "now that I love you" in the middle, before the yell.
Hahaha, don't you just wait all song to do the yell? Your second yell is great, too.
