WLT seems to me the kind of thing that is emblematic of Stevie's artistic & cultural slide into whatever at that time.

On the other hand, as with all other Stevie songs, you can fiddle with it in your mind until you get to the point at which you like this line or that line or this delivery or that delivery or this or that. In the universities, they call that "reappraisal."

One of her most awful lines: "I don't think tomorrow." Aside from it's clunkiness, it's so lame, especially since it was meant to be a big f-you kiss off.

I don't hate or love this song. it's ok. nothing particularly bad about it, but I do think it stands out against all other Stevie songs. it's her Tusk.

Whole Lotta Trouble.

Is it on OSOTM? Is a song other than "Rooms On Fire"?

Therefore, "projectile vomiting".

I think the "academy" may have been a little short on potential nominees that year. I don't think there were a whole lot of women rockers out there strutting their stuff. I believe Alannah Miles(sp?) won for "Black Velvet" that year.

I don't think it's that bad of a song, though I must admit it is one of my least favorites from OSOTM.
