Default How do you like your eggs?

I know, I know, too much (clap clap) time on my hands.

Scrambled with ham & cheddar cheese, a dash of black pepper & ketchup on the side.

Over easy seasoned with fresh ground black pepper.

I'm also a whore for omelettes - ham & cheese, mushroom & swiss, spinach & feta, bacon & cheddar, Mexican.....the only thing I don't love are raw green peppers or onions. Other than that, throw it in!

Oh! And egg sandwiches on anything - bagel, toast, English Muffin, biscuit - it's all good baby.

I rarely eat eggs. I can't stomach them. But if I do, they must be scrambled.

YUMMY!!

Prefer over-medium. I don't like a big raw chicken yolk staring up at me forlornly.

I love omelets!! A brunch without an omelet station is no brunch at all!

Egg sandwiches rock!

Also love eggs poached (with or without hollandaise), fried, scrambled, hard-boiled (or hard-cooked), etc.

Scrambled!!!

I am fond of poached eggs too...especially Eggs Florentine or Eggs Benedict. But it has got to be a hard poach. Hate runny eggs. Yuck.

Omelette's are wonderful as well. I have all kinds of favs as to what they put in it. Mine are the best.

poached eggs, on buttered toast, or over-medium...or (and I never get to have these) coddled eggs.
I also like omelettes with a little curry in them, chives, and cream cheese.
hungry now.

I like them in many forms, although at 2 (weight watcher) points apiece, I haven't had one in a while.

My fave though is over medium. I like the yolk runny with the white part totally cooked.

Good lord. Now that's a racket!

I like eggs scrambled, poached, over easy, boiled, deviled, saladed, etc. The whites have to be firm but I don't mind a soft yolk. I can't believe WW has them at 2 points they're only about 70 calories!

I love eggs but the yolks are really high in saturated fat and cholesterol, so I eat mostly egg whites, which are pure protein. I like them scrambled or a ham and cheese omelet. On very rare occasions, I will eat them over easy, like maybe once or twice a year. I like deviled eggs, too, but eat those only maybe once a year.

Favorite is Scrambled, followed by over-medium. I like it when the egg white is hard but you can still dipthe bread in the yolk.
