Talking Cosmeo.com commercial!

HAHA....I just saw the most heinous commercial promoting some website called "Cosmeo.com"...there were a bunch of kids dancing around singing "Don't Stop." It was so cheesy it made me pause while I was eating my dinner. I cringed in horror. Has anyone else seen this?

I haven't seen the commercial yet...but I think someone posted about this in the Rumours forum a few days ago...

Oh well...that's what happens when Chris sells her publishing rights...

Talking

I was talking to my brother earlier on the phone, and I told him about the commercial. We laughed so hard I was crying. The commercial was just so ridiculous that I couldn't help but laugh.

I can't think of anything to compare it to except this horrid movie from the 80s called "Mac and Me." it was a wretched copy of E.T. from what I recall. I just remember this scene where all these kids were in a McDonald's restaurant dancing around and the alien was in a bear suit or something. That's what this Cosmeo commercial was like.

I saw this yesterday and was cracking up. Yes, I went on "auto pause" and couldn't help but to laugh at it. It is pretty terrible.

I've seen it both times now on Animal Planet. Now, Sara wants to go to the website.

I just saw this in a bar. It was on the Discovery Channel. Unfortunately, the sound was off.

^ No. you mean FORTUNATELY the sound was off.

It's awful, and it's on 100 times a day. Mark knows I despise it so he turns up the volume when it's on. Stupid husband.

I thought the commercial was cute. Although I wouldn't want to see it a hundred times!

I agree. My 11 year old daughter was sitting at the computer with her back to the tv, but heard it when it came on, and she turned around so fast and yelled for me to come to the tv. She thought it was really cute. If you see it from her eyes, (which I tried to do) its kind of cute. Actually if you could see alot of things from a child's eye, we wouldn't all be so judgemental and would probably enjoy life alot more. Ok, you can stop throwing up now
