that's prob the only part of the song i hate
aside from the commercial aspect of it
the girls' singing ANNOYS ME
if they had been left off
i would like it much better

i used to love Silver Girl
til everyone bitched about it on here
and clouded my vision
but i used to like it coz i thought it was about Stevie
I can still like the song if i think it is about Stevie

God, its middrag tempo drives me nuts on the album version. In addition to other differences, the tempo on this one is excellent. The song moves - and that guitar is a great addition. Who the hell decided to release the other??? Although I don't like the girls much (background singers). Their "Sayyouwill!" is too invasive and shrill.

No fading... just vocals

and they all end the song

I had this a long time ago and lost it

The official single release that I have has two versions. They are both the "sped up radio versions with extra guitar" but one is with the kids singing out the end to a fade. The "cold version" ends with them singing GIVE ME ONE MORE CHANCE. Then stops. The only other "officially released one that I know of WAS the one on the "special edition say you will with the Aol Sessions version where they end it with the "geeeeet you to daaaance".
