It would be super cool to have a John forum where he could post stories about his sea-faring adventures. The part about the 2am watch, my word. What exciting adventure! One of the earliest memories I have as a small child watching a movie that really moved me was Old Man and the Sea. It was the first time I cried during a movie.
Somehow I just don't see him getting into the fray of scrapes around here. He's far too mellow.  Thanks Ledgies for coming up with such thought-provoking questions. I can see no matter how it's worded nobody's gonna get him to dish.  And most thanks to John for answering! Laura
