But you had enough time on your hands to actually answer this thread without even talking about soup. So....

besides, soup is pretty important.

I have a problem when it comes to their goat cheese & olive frozen pizza. I have consumed four of them in one sitting while under the influence.

Their veggie meatballs are amazing, too. Yum.

However - soup is a massively awesome diet control tool. I should make more soup. Then I could also put sea salt instead of regular.
It is, I read about a recent study where participants who ate soup, while others ate an equivalent calorie food, lost about 40% more weight on a calorie controlled eating plan. It fills you up and leaves you satisfied longer. I like the Progresso soups too and Chunky.

I like the sirloin burger soup! It's good! The little burgers don't split up and arent gross, I mean it. I hate that they label a can as 2 servings though. C'mon people, let's get real.

I've read that too. Here's another thing I read that's kind of weird - I guess french people or something eat their salads after meals? Anyway, the point of the study was that it's better to eat your salad after the meal instead of before like we usually do, because it's much better for your digestion and enables you to glean more nutrients from your food.
hahahahaha, I know, two servings. riiiiiight.

Omigod, I frikkin love Italian Wedding soup. The cafe here at work serves it sometimes. Mmm. I have to get out of this soup thread because I've started counting calories and this is making me hungry!

Sometimes at work I get a pizza slice and a small salad. I always eat the slice first! Hehe! I think I was supposed to be French; rich foods, great wine, and no weight issues!

heehee.
good that you eat your slice first.
I actually am French - but I think you have to live there for it to work. Dammit.

Yes, I was going to post in the "ledge, a distraction?" thread, and then I realized that posting on the soup page would answer the question. I don't have much time on my hands at all - I am stealing it from my work and other obligations.
