Does anybody know when that photo was taken? I've never seen a picture of Stevie with a blemish on her face. She looks older here..I guess around 1990.

Isn't that SA era (and don't hold me to that...cause I know nothing about Stevie eras...but I have learned from my fellow Stevie obsessed friends that SA was a period where she had terrible kinky hair)!
