Yeah, me too ...

There was a discussion about this picture at some stage which brushed on the issues of his shoe size and the fact that if he went around looking like that in certain parts of Europe the only attention he'd get would be of the male variety ... I beg to oppose. Hot!!

At least he'd be getting attention. Interested attention. Most people are all "You fancy _that_ thing?"

Shoe size: *giggle*

The man always rehashes the same old rehearsed answers. Hell, I could write a faux interview and all I'd have to do is throw in this same quote plus something about "packaged deals," "faith in cycles," and a general dislike of the band and who the hell would know the difference?

He sure did - and BTW - he also played FM hits on that tour Thus, he never went anywhere from the lounge act he accused SN and CM of in a snotty manner almost a decade prior not to mention he came a runnin back to the Mac in 97 for a boost when his career was nowhere.

Thank you. It was made very clear on the DR doc that Lindsey had an ulterior motive for joining the Mac again in 97. There was certainly nothing artsy about that reunion (heck, he got 2 of his songs in there, the rest was old), he just didn't have A Name anymore, being off the market 5-6 years, and a full soundstage Fleetwood Mac reunion was what he needed to get people interested in him and possibly his material again.

I love Lindsey to pieces, but sometimes he really talks out of his ass.

But it's a hot enough ass for us to forgive him immediately!

No argueing here.

but let's be fair: it was 1984, and you can't say that the guy just brought out a sell-out commercial album. That his lifelong struggle between total independence and fullblown hitmachinerie is what makes him what he is, does not make his inner struggle bull****. So in interviews he'll always focus on the artistic side. The rest of the band does not.....so..... (= balance?)

anyhoo - thanks for posting. I guess Lindsey pretty much always says the same stuff, and always will, with a few new things thrown in each decade...

I wish I had never seen the pic of his girly arms, though.
Girly arms?

Damn, me and Lindsey got the same arms

Obviously somebody who's never seen a "creepy drug-addicted freak" in their lives

I have to say, I think he looks pretty damn normal in that shot

LOL. He does. And then there are his Dance tour speeches. "This reconvening of this band...", or "of these five people...", x3219364378

True, true...

Dammit, he recites some of these speeches word-for-word! I can understand practicing some stock answers before an interview, but to use the same answers every time?? Its not hard to think up some new quotes, or at least to change the words around a bit!
