Default The scrolling quote button siggy...

its been brought to my attention that my marquee has a hitchhiker. namely, a train hopper by the moniker "quote button." I was most surprised to learn this as it was not apparent on my preview function, thus, I thot all was well.
Mari kindly provided me with a snapshot of the offender (who is still invisible to me) and I went back and pored over my siggy, and have made one small change, but now I need your feedback: did I get rid of the "quote button" or is it still there? And, if its there, does everyone else think its as funny as I do?

it reminds me of that java-thing where you're asked to click a button, but the button 'runs' away from your mouse arrow..

'quick! click the button before it's gone again!'

I liked it- I thought it was funny that I had to chase your quote button to quote you.
