It's a requirement for my major.

The overdramatic police are on their way to your house right now.

Oh, they've had their eye on you for quite some time. They had to make sure their case was airtight before they moved in.

Thanks, Jannie. This will probably be my easiest class of all, though. And/or my most interesting. It's the only non law class I get to take. I find psych pretty interesting, too.
Why don't any lawyers ever offer to help me with my homework???

Dissention, find a French Conversation class... They helped me sooo much with my languages! And are fun too!

No longer in school here either, but in the school-of-life class of learning how to be a mom and taking care of our infant son with colic, and man! Is that ever harder than any course I ever took!

Fly by, time! Fly fly fly!

Meh, all you really need to know is:

-Je m'apelle (your name here)
-Ou est le (destination of choice)
-vin (wine)
-haute couture

There, I just save you a LOT of argent ($).

I graduated from Art College back in '99 majoring in Visual Communications but I'm now taking distance education to become an Accredited Jeweller from the Gemological Institute of America (ooh la la!). My next exam is in Coloured Stones followed by the Diamond course. A little anxiety over that but I'm actually really exited about that.

well, I dropped out of grad school. sad, yes, but very true.

mainly because I was attending a private Christian college (there is only one public university here and it sucks) and every class was either a gay bashing or some other offensive discussion where they pulled out the bible and showed how Shakespeare is similar to the bible and blah blah blah and I got freakin tired of hearing it...so no school for me

I'm trying to decide what to do next, if anything

How do you all decide on what you want to do when you grow up?? I'm almost 30, and I'm proud to say I've graduated HS. I'm seriously considering taking classes in something. But I dont' know what. This is why I never went to college...

....possible Masters next fall....

....until then, NO CLASSES. Believe me, though, I'd rather be in college. My career is rough.

Curtis, you're making me all nervous now. What kind of floor do you work on now?

I went back to college when I was 28 and finished last year when I was 36. Late bloomer, and all. Take a couple of classes that seem interesting and go from there. I always knew what I wanted, I just didn't think I was smart enough to do it. I graduated with a 3.8 while working full-time! The feeling of pride and accomplishment were worth every year of tears and exhaustion. Now I just have to get myself pumped up for graduate school. :|
