Working for best buy and several other retailers during my youth....what custmers dont realize is they can be banned/kicked out of the store for ANY reason. What Dissention said about yelling and bitching at customer service, they could have booted her right then and there for be a "disturbance" to fellow employees and customers, end of story. I probably had 3 or 4 instances like that where I had cops come in and remove people from the building when they started getting kooky like that.

There was nothing "poor" about her, she was an asswipe from the get-go. She literally screamed at me when I walked up to the service desk and asked her to price match the stuff I had with me, then proceeded to talk down to me and roll her eyes when explaining that they weren't price matching. You also have a point. There are always exceptions. Had the employee been nice and courteous to you (and "right" about the price matching stuff) they could have pitched you to the curb like yesterdays news.
