I would buy it if it had new music. But it doesn't, so I won't throw away my money. Especially since I've purchased every official release she's put out; I don't have to enrich her even further by buying the same **** I have three times over.

Do you use iTunes to import music to your computer? Just go to Edit --> Preferences --> Advanced--> Importing and under "Import Using" change the setting to "WAV Encoder."

I always rip to AAC format at 192 kbps, and the sound good enough for me. Far better than at 128, and the files still aren't ginormous.

I am. It is so rare that I do it though. In fact, I cannot think of the last time. It likely has been several years, which is when I saw the light. Maybe that cover of the 10,000 Maniacs the other day that you sent me.

I will buy the new CD if I like the songs that are chosen and the order they are in. I don't tend to rip songs from internet, unless they are live recordings that are unavailable for purchase. I mostly stick with getting recordings of shows I've been to.

Interestingly, I put that on my list to buy thanks to your turn on, etc. See, that is how downloading can benefit sales.

See, our friend just saved you a few bucks. You don't have to buy the new Nicks release and can simply burn the tracks as WAV files with no loss of quality!
