Huh? Now I'm confused, so being able to use the "quote" function is apparently not helping me at all.

If I ever get my Christine McVie welcome kit then you're uh, welcome to it. I would get you something nicer but I'm just too jealous. She finally (?) goes for a woman and it's not me.

What can I say, all I did was offer her some Hobnobs and a free duck, and the next thing I know she's proposing!

I'm crazy.

You don't say? I had no idea because you've only made that point eighty times on here. I know that WH is her last good album to you and all the rest got progressively worse. See, I'm paying a little bit of attention.

Damned Hill, you ARE paying attention!!! What's your GPA?
As far as I'm concerned, I'm the only authority on the matter, and yes- Ole what's her name's album rolled progressively downhill. Mind you, I jumped ship after OSOTM. Stinkaroo!!!! Enough that I STILL remember saying to myself, "This thing sucks. I'm done shelling out my money for this dreck!"

My GPA is not nearly as high as it ought to be. Why? Because I remember only stuff like that instead of details about Anglo-Saxon Britain as opposed to Roman Britian and the differences in their governments and the role of religion in each for that test from hell I had to take last week.

Anyway... Of course you know me and you know that I'm not going to let you have the final word. In Stevie land, I don't like to admit this, but when it comes to RAL/SA/TOSOTM there are only two or three songs on each that I genuinely like. I'm either indifferent or have antipathy for the others. TOSOTM has "Rooms on Fire" going for it, for example. I don't know how you can think that one is utter crap. I also disagree with the assertion that she just got worse and worse. There's a curve--she's high for BD and WH and then she goes down and down, and then creeps back up with TISL. I definitely don't like everything on that album but it's much more consistent than the others IMO. Sure, I do hate "I Miss You," though. I still think a lot of things went right with that album. But of course I can't convince you if you hate her recent voice no matter what. Oh, and if Enchanted Disc 3 counts for anything, that has some great stuff on it; a lot of it is better than TOSOTM and SA, etc.

There. I have Steviefied the Christine forum to my heart's content for the night.

Thanks! I may joke about not liking Christine at all, but I do care for quite a good number of her songs. I just probably won't ever get into solo-Christine.

Yeah. Her Fleetwood Mac songs are pretty good...she has some of my favs, actually........BUT......she is sooo boring to watch, and her solo work is just plain dull....except for a few songs here and there. I'd rather watch a rock gather moss.
