Default Stevie's Purse?

Kind of an odd question....in my years of collecting SN photos, I cannot remember one of her holding a purse? I am curious...does anyone have one?
I wonder...small clutch? Carry all over the shoulder bag? Knapsack/backpack (LOL JUST kidding, on that one!)....
She probably has someone carry everything FOR her...then WHO NEEDS a purse?

Yeah, I've been trying to figure this out too.
Only thing I can figure is that in her own Stevie
way she's making a pro-feminist statement,
without being loudly "political." ( NOT saying there's
anything "wrong" with carrying a purse, I'm just
saying that she may have felt it fit the "stereotype"
of a supposedly "typical" 70s woman, in a way she felt
uncomfortable with. )
Stevie is maybe not all that "athletic," except for the dancing,
but still, maybe by not being "burdened down" by a heavy purse,
well, that kind of adds to the impression she gives that you'd
better not mess with her 'cause she'll kick your *ss.
In other words, carrying a purse in her mind is maybe "conventional,"
and she's a Rock Star.
That's my first theory.
But I think it may be more likely that she kept LOSING it
and eventually gave up!
I THINK there's probably pics around of her carrying things
that could more accurately be called "carryall bags,"
that sort of thing. There's also probably some really OLD
pics from the Fritz/B-N era - try b/n.net and sara-rhi.net

I thought I noticed some sort of little velvet bag hanging from her waist in the Lindsey Soundstage show, but that might have just been another layer or sash. In any case, you couldn't have put much more than some stones or magic powders, or an id in there.

Default Id

LOL, I can't see Stevie carrying around an ID...I heard a story one time, from the 1980s...she was on a boat with friends, blasting music, and it was "disturbing" a fellow boater on another boat, and he started complaining, she yelled "Don't you know who I am? I am STEVIE NICKS!"....funny, and I can totally see that happening! EVERYONE should KNOW La Nicks, yes?~Barbara

I know, I was just thinking of my own little club purse, from days of yore, with ID, cab fare and lip balm.

Was there a terrier style dog in that pic? I kind of remember it now! She had a straw hat on, too? Maybe I am wrong...
I don't remember the big bag quote, that is funny
(Love your dancing Milk!)

Stevie carry a bag? She has people for that! In Vegas we got her a beaded Yorkie bag, I hope she uses that. Sharon said she loved it. Also, we saw Lori looking at bags and she said something like "maybe I should bring her some".

I don't think I have ever seen Stevie photographed with a bag. I believe she did say she used to carry around everything with her all the time. I'm sure she still has everything with her but she isn't the one carrying it!

Default ~Bag Lady~

I had a friend like that in High School, she made her own purses, and they were these HUGE fabric things, with all her crap in there, LOL. She looked like Janis Joplin, frizzy hair, tiny glasses, and she was just hilarious...My Mom hated her, but I thought she was a blast....LOL...

She definitely talked about being like a bag lady at school though. I wish I could remember where that was from

Right, its for her monitor which allows her to hear herself singing so she can sing in key.

I thought her monitor would be at the back of her waist, the way it was for the Today show, but I believe you: you guys are on top of this stuff.

She also has a knob on it so she can speak with Security and get
instructions and information from them and stuff.
All she has to do is turn the magic knob and *BAM!* - she can
tell them what happens if you f. with her people!
