It passed through the legislature. Schwartzenwanker said he was going to veto it, so it will never pass. Well, at least not right now.

As soon as I heard about this bill, I knew Ahnuld would put a stop to it.

Why the hell did anyone think that the man who was "Conan the Barbarian" would make a good governor? Someone please explain.
