Exclamation Sirius radio...This is the ****!!!

Just received my digital satellite TV subscription which includes a free subscription to Sirius Radio and I love this ****, Tons of great channels to choose from (I anchored my stereo equipment on Sirius Hair Nation-80's Hair Bands, And let's say it is blasting pretty damn loud!!!)

Is XM just as good? We are planning on adding it to our car sometime soon and wanted someone's input if XM is worth the price.

Sirius and XM are pretty different.. i have both of them in my car and i can tell you that while Sirius plays more hits, XM plays more obscure stuff... they are both good for different things.... XM has the better variety, hands down.. their dance stations are better than Sirius', but Sirius' rock stations are a bit better than XM's... i like having both because they both compliment each other and rarely play the same songs, except on the top 40 stations...

Default well..

I have never listened to Sirius so I can't really comment on how it is, but I love my XM Radio. I heard "Why" this morning during the stoner mix on Deep Tracks. :-) The DJ even mentioned Christine McVie after he played it.

Deep Tracks 40 is one of the best radio stations I've ever listened to, especially late at night. The dj is always sending one out to the stoners. And Tom Petty spins his "deep tracks" during the morning hours.

XM has about 8 rock stations, but I only listen to 46 Classic and 40 Deep Tracks (my favorite). Get satellite - Sirius or XM. You'll never listen to free radio again.

We LOVE our Sirius. Mark listens to "Hair Nation" all the time, I like either the 60's, 70's, 80's or the classic rock channels.

We just got back from camping & during the drive, I heard:

Second Hand News (twice)
Rhiannon
Hypnotized
Edge
The Chain
Gypsy
Spare Me a Little

Can't wait for Howard too.
