Question Question about Tom Petty/The Black Crowes tour

Those of you who have already seen them, can you tell me about how long The Black Crowes' set was?

My friend and I are the only two employees (other than the business owner and his brother) where I work right now and we are going to see Petty on the 24th. The trouble is that the show starts at the time we normally close. The boss has agreed to close an hour early, but I'm still worried about being late. Since neither myself nor my friend are fans of BC, I thought we might use their set as a sort of cushion and was needing to know how much extra time that gives us.

It is about 1 hour long! The Chicago set from the Black Crowes started at 6.45 pm and ended at at 7.45 pm! The Petty set started at 9pm and ended at 11pm (if I remember right)!

Yeah, this sounds right. I believe it was the same in Buffalo.

The only thing that could make me sit through a Black Crowes set is if the luscious Kate Hudson made an appearance.

She was there at the Pittsburgh show. I was like "Aw, Kate!" Apparently, me and only one other person saw her there.

Anyways, the Crowes' set is about an hour long, but if you don't go, you're missing one hell of a show. They kick ass and take names. Absolutely phenomenal.

They rocked, but it seems like I was the only one who didn't even know one of their songs! But nothing compared to Petty!

I'm pretty much indifferent to The Black Crowes' music. I kind of grew up with that stuff since my mom was big on them but I never got into it. It's Tom Petty that I paid to see and he's the one I care about missing. I've been a huge fan for sixteen years now but this will only be my second time seeing him in concert. We're going to do our best to get there on time and not miss anything but we shall see.
