I really like them. I enjoy them a lot more than most survivor games. It's interesting to see how some songs get mixed reviews and others are loved by nearly everyone. And of course I like Bobo parodying the polls, too.

AHHH!! I forgot!! Yes, that was a blastedly fun interview that belongs on the list.

For some reason, in 1994, Stevie was in a perform-on-the-air mood, because all those wonderful interviews were done back to back (Mark & Brian, Jim Ladd, Museum of TV & Radio in NYC) with Stevie hauling around a little Casio or something & singing a bunch of songs on the air -- in that glorious 1994 voice of hers: Rhiannon, Has Anyone Ever Written, Silent Night, etc.

Rock stars are a lot more fun when their albums bomb!

I have a clip of one of those (I think it was Mark and Brian) and she's singing along to Blue Denim and I never liked the song till I hear her sing along and now I love it. I wish I had the whole thing though! What other songs did she sing along to on the radio? Does anyone have any boots of this? I love it when she does that!

I think the polls and the resulting conversations are great. At the very least, they prompt me (and others I'm sure) to listen to songs that we might not otherwise listen to.

As a joke, I was gonna do "Like or Dislike: Goldfish and the Ladybug" just to be an asshole and try to make fun of you ( ), but I didn't have the balls to do it at the time....

I hope I'm not mixing them up but I think she sang along also Edge Of Seventeen, Maybe Love, Greta, and then she sang playing also HAEWAFY and Rhiannon (which was a hoot! ) ... but there must be more. I also remember a sing along on Just like a Woman, but I think it was from the Museum of TV & Radio in NYC interview. I have the whole thing on some cd but surely on this computer if you want I have the boots of some of these songs from the Mark & Brian interview.

Well, that's one reason I'm asking. When I saw Bobo's poll about Lindsey's arm, I started laughing. Then I thought "uh-oh, wait, maybe people are greatly annoyed by this and want them to stop." So I figured I'd ask.

Well, the music leaves a lot to be desired, and realistically I don't think a goldfish would really fall in love with a ladybug. But I wouldn't say that to Bob Dylan, so...

BTW - Majority rules, so on with the polls. Ignore them if you are annoyed. We need something to do around here since there's no album/tour/anything on the horizon from anyone.

Ah yes, like or dislike: the 1991 Vox magazine article? Ooh baby.

Yes, it's actually 1992.

THe way I look at it is that they're not interesting to me for the most part, but other people find them interesting, and who am I to criticize someone for doing something that makes them happy. It's like all of my friends think I'm "OBsessed" with Stevie/Fleetwood Mac, but I tell each and every one of them, that while they're perfectly entitled to their opinion, Stevie and Fleetwood Mac mean a great deal to me, and THAT'S ALL I CARE ABOUT.

they are driving me insane... and it's not because of their subject matter- they are actually fun ideas... but with a tour just ending we have a lot to still talk about... i find that these types of polls are better saved for when we have NOTHING going on in the stevie world and we need something to do. i hate sorting through these polls right now in order to try to read reviews and what not... just my opinion
