About that answering machine message--I don't know why anyone would want to buy it. She doesn't sound too good on it, but I don't know why anyone would pay money for it either way.

That answering service message is readily available on the Net. I think it was tied into the AOL SYW stuff FM was doing at the time.

I wonder if the sellers are looking at the counters and saying "wow! 100 people viewed my auction, why haven't I gotten any bids?"

I guess when someone can sell their father's ghost and get thousands of dollars for it, or the remains of a grilled cheese sandwich that looks like, I think it was Jesus, you can't really blame people for trying to figure out ways to make a couple of bucks.

i feel the need to email the first seller. something like "yeah, i know it's not available anywhere else on ebay. we all already have it as it has been available for free download on a thousand websites."

i hate everyone. if these people are ledgies - GET OFF.
