Terror Train is great, but I think I might like Prom Night a bit more. I dunno why, but they are both great. I got Prom Night for 5.99 at Best Buy, great deal. I need to find terror train but none of the stores have it.

I heard from someone that it was actually put on DVD. I have yet to see it anywhere but best Buy sucks with their horror section, its pitiful.

Yeah, they were both really great. I hadn't found out about them until recently when I was surfing a horror forum. Were they ever realeased in the theaters? Never heard of them until then.

I can't go through a horror movie thread here without mentioning the two laughably worst ones ever, Audrey Rose & that one from the early 80s about ghosts that had all the famous old actors in it & flopped. (I never remember the title, but somebody here always knows it.)

That's the one.
I can't remember another time when I was so downright pissed at wasting $ at Blockbuster.

They both have stars in the cats, too!
Audrey Rose has Hannibal Lechter & (I think) Marsha Mason, & Ghost Story has some of the classic Hollywood guys who were on their last legs. Total wastes.

Horrible scripts. Horrible dialogue.
"Hot!...Hot!...Hot!..."

Audrey Rose is a guilty pleasure of mine, though it is bad, but Ghost Story is one of those movies where you can picture them all gathered in the editing room laughing at it.

If you want some good stuff, rent some stuff things from Dario Argento (his pre-1990's films). He used to make great horror movies.

Does anyone remember Lady In White with Katherine Helmond (Mona from Who's The Boss?) I remember it playing on HBO when I was a kid (5 or 6) and it used to absolutely scare the **** out of me.
