My grandmother was a Diamond fanatic. She didn't like music very much, but when it came to Diamond, she was as passionate as some of these Stevie fans. She was the same way with Midler. I still have all of her memorbilia in a box somewhere, it was truly insane.

Oh most to what I listen to.

Um, FM would be considered a guilty pleasure really. I tell the younger, hip kids that I like FM and they are like, THEY SUCK.

But I love ABBA, Ace of Base, Journey, Styx and sooooo many more. Like Amber said, I love those stadium rock bands from the 70's, early 80's.

The B-52s are seriously, seriously cool! There's nothing shameful at all about liking them, they were one of the best New Wave bands.

DITTO! United Center in August. WOOT! (suck it, Greg!#*@)($)

Today, I was in Wal-Mart and had to force myself to put down the Keith Urban album I was about to buy. For some that might not be a big deal- he IS talented, believe me, I know- but if anyone saw me with that? They'd be shocked. My shame was reinforced when I got back in the car and my changer switched from Belle and Sebastian to Kings of Convenience.

Anyhow, for the most part, I'm ashamed of nothing. Neil, Fleetwood Mac, my obsession with old school country, etc.

For a song I get weird looks for liking Kenny Roger's The Gambler I love it even though I loathe country music.

Neil Diamond and Carly Simon for performers

I can shamelessly say that I love Ace of Base AND *N Sync!

As a matter of fact, *N Sync was my first concert in 1999.

but I am from a metal/hard rock musical background, Where anything considered new-wave is severely shunned both most in the metal masses...Oh well, Their loss I guess (Btw, Deb's the one that got me into the B-52s.)

I'm not that familar with Keith Urban, but his perfect hair and stubble immediately puts me off him.

Neil Diamond's sequined shirts though, are so uncool they actually go full circle and become cool again.

Ah, I see (said the blind man...)

I once upon a time owned a Maiden album. Yes it's true. And I had a leather jacket too

Bon Jovi
Motely Crue (older stuff)
Journey
Duran Duran
The Scorpions

It was "Be Here" because of my monster affection for "You're My Better Half."

I know his music is great for what it is. I just... listening to old school country was a big step for me, and although now it's my favorite genre- I have a hard time coming to terms with new country. Although I do love Gretchen.
