All my thoughts and prayers to all those who are experiencing this tragedy in London.

I hope all our UK Ledgies are safe and sound! This is just a terrible thing to wake up to this morning or any morning for that matter. This is all so senseless. You are in my prayers, people of London.

Now, for some ranting.

I totally agree! We knew that these people weren't in Iraq, but we sent the bulk of our troops there and only a small number to Afghanistan (which was where they were believed to be at the time).

Also, I believe that Saudi Arabia, behind the scenes, has a major financial hand in these terrorist groups, and as I recall all of the 9/11 terrorists were from Saudi Arabia except for one (He was from Egypt.). I believe they harbor individuals who have information knowing that we won't come after them there. The family members of 9/11 terrorists are a prime example of that. Their government has blocked our government from talking to any of them. Of course, America, especially Oilboy W., will never seriously investigate or go after Saudi Arabia or Saudi Arabian people. The price is too high, especially for Oilboy W. Of course, this is just my two cents.

Glad everyone is OK! When I woke up and saw the news, my first instinct was to get on here and make sure everyone was safe.

And, I've gotten better information from you guys than from the stupid US news networks. They've already spun it to be US-focused, and you'd think *we* were the country that was bombed.

Thanks Brian, I *think* all Ledgies are safe...

I was in London until about 8pm last night and was at Edgware Road station on Friday night... All brings home how close it is.. I'm supposed to be back in town on Saturday but right now I'm not sure if the services will be functioning...

Right now it's 33 dead and about 1000 injured, 6 critical and another 10 serious. The casualties from the bus blast are still unknown, as I feared after seeing the pictures of it's intensity

I feel for everyone in London... I hope you're all OK. I was staying in Madrid last year when the bombs went off there... it was probably the scariest, most surreal day of my life.

Exclamation Oh no!

I hope that is a rumour, Michele!! BTW, clear out your PM's, woman! LOL

Conspiracy theory alert: I just thought of something. Perhaps Al-Queda wants the G8 peeps to focus on them and this bombing instead of Africa and the whole Live 8 thing. Then, when they don't react to it, they will all get blamed for not doing anything about it.

I know, I suck at theories, but it just came into my brain for some reason, this close to Live 8.

I know, could we look more self absorbed!! They are making it all about us, now we are on to whether the stock market has or will drop.

Thumbs up This brings back...

memories of the OKC attack, So I can understand how ya Brits are feeling right now (As can New Yorkers who remember 9/11 and those in Madrid with the attacks on the trains recently).

Be safe y'all...
