Interstingly, Hannible Lector was not really a villian - or at least one that you hated and esp. in Hannible.

Joaquin Phoenix as Commodus in Gladiator. Sexy and disturbing... delicious!

Sean Penn as Sgt. Meserve in Casualties of War (couldn't find a screenshot so here's the cover). Charismatic and ruthless!

Vince Vaughn as Lester Long in Clay Pigeons (though I don't know if a bad guy in a comedy really counts as a villain). Love it!

Vincent D'Onofrio in The Cell. OMG... there just aren't words to describe it!

Alan Rickman as the Sherriff of Nottingham in Robin Hood. "I'm going to cut your heart out with a spoon!"

Darth Vader- Star Wars

Sauron, Saruman, Ringwraiths- LOTR

Kathy Bates- Misery

Jack Nicholson- Batman, The Shinning

Daniel Day Lewis- The Gangs of New York (the rest of the movie blows, imo)

Scar- The Lion King

I also love Anthony Hopkins as Hannibal Lecter, but he really wasn't the villian of Silence of the Lambs. It was "Buffalo Bill". I love that damn movie.
