It was very different for a TV show, which is why I was so surprised it even ran for three seasons. I'd love to hear him do some commentaries for the episodes. I was actually disappointed a little that he (and Ullman) wasn't on the commentary track for A Dirty Shame, he would have been hysterical next to John Waters (whose commentaries are just as great as the movies).

i saw her at one of the say you will shows i attended, i personally didn't go up to her, but let's just say we were super close to her & people who recognized her as lindsey's wife & are lindsey/fm lovers would approach her & never was she nice to any of them, when the fans would walk away kristen would snicker & make rude comments to the woman sitting w/ her, which that other woman i didn't recognize, they had their backs to us but directly in front of us, it has been nearly 2 yrs but so i couldn't dare remember word for word what was said, but she had this PUULEEEAAAASE attitude, like the people around her were lucky to be breathing the same air as her~ but also in her defense somewhat, i didn't personally go up to her nor anyone in my group, but many other fans did, maybe it was overwhelming for her not sure but i also thought if she didn't like being approached maybe she shoulda stayed backstage ~

Pattie, I think he must have us confused, because I only know one Jan in my life and she and David would have no connection. So I'm confused, too.

In case anyone cares..it appears than Lindsey's house has closed. So that ends the era of the Dreamhouse on the Hill filled with pool parties and laughing children. All that time, energy and expense to get things just so and poor Lindsey barely had time to live in the place.

That girl on the Dance looks nothing like Kristen to me. Who would confuse Courtney love with Kristen?!?! yikes. Courtney actually looked pretty good back then but she and K don't look much alike. The girl clapping after Everywhere is the one people think is K, I think. I don't think that looks anything like her and I have had the pleasure of seeing her up close as well. (Philly show 2003)

I wonder how Chris Issack's long time girlfriend would feel about the idea of him continually "hitting" Stevie? Hopefully they hooked up at least once back when he was single but he has been with his hot, young, rail thin model girl for a few years at least now. He and Stevie didn't have much chemistry at his Soundstage last September, IMO. Now back at AHI 2000 they did....swoon.

He was a riot at AHI. The man cracks me up. I must say that he literally stole the show when he appeared.

Big Chris Isaak fans here. I really don't know much about him, but my friend loves him and because of her I do have one of his albums and like it very much. It's the one with the song where he's in that video with the supermodel, on the beach. He's pretty hot.

That's really too bad about the experiences with Lindsey's wife. Perhaps she was having a bad day or something, who knows. I don't really care to cast stones on anyone I haven't the faintest idea about, but I totally get where people are coming from in their opinions of her if they have personally met her.

Get off the cross and let someone else hang for awhile

Please show me exactly where in my post I said or even implied that you were "Kristen-bashing." I think you are a little paranoid here or you are picking a fight, which if that is the case, I choose not to participate.

Well, it is a little hard to ignore someone dressed like that

But, back to the point, I have never read anything that suggested they were romantically involved. But, who knows for sure.

Gotta agree with you here. When I went to that show I was not a Chris Isaak fan at all. I was only all about seeing Lindsey there (and Don Henley). Henley disappointed the heck out of me (he was thereafter known to me as Mr. Stick-up-his-ass), but Chris Isaak was FABULOUS! I loved him! He totally made that show.

I am completely in love with that version of Solitary Man. He got Stevie to loosen up like no one else. You should try to see him next time he tours, he puts on a really great show. And his outfits put Elton to shame.

Can anybody get a screen shot of that clip and post it?? I'm talking about the lady clapping after Everywhere when Christine says, "Thank you, thank you very much." That is Kristen (of course, my opinion, but I would bet money its K).

I'm a huge fan of Chris Isaak and I'm not sure who you are talking about?? He did not have a girlfriend, at least back around Christmas, and as far as I know, he did not have a "long-time" girlfriend before that. I've also heard (gossip, of course) that he likes the good lookin' ladies at his concerts and afterwards etc.

But, doesn't really matter if Stevie has hooked up with him, regardless if he's a man whore, because, afterall, he's smokin'.

Interesting thread. I don't actually know for a fact that Stevie has hooked up with Chris Isaak anytime in the past or the present, but I like to think she has because I'm shallow, he's hot and I like to live vicariously through her. So, in my world, they're hitting it. Please do not inject logic into my world. Rumor has it he likes the ladies after his shows? A man that hot that goes for groupies (possibly)? There is a God! We all know Fred Durst does, but who would want to? Don't know if Isaak has a gf. Hmm.

As for Lindsey's wife, well, I've never met her but that's too bad if she was rude or bitchy. I don't understand why she would be. She's not the rockstar. Marrying into that doesn't give someone a viable excuse to be uppity. I'll go with Nico and say maybe she was having a bad day? I have The Dance, so it's the chick after Everywhere?

And, finally..AliP, yes! Chris is smokin!

On edit: Went a little nuts with the smilies. Deleted some.

Somehow I got it in my mind you were talking about Lindsey here.. maybe because this is the Lindsey ledge or because I often don't read that well (short attention spann ) or because I've been online long enough...
Anyway, as for lb and groupies, let's not go there!

I really don't think that woman is Kristen. I've also heard some people speculate that the woman shown standing and clapping after SYLM is Kristen, but again, I don't think that looks like her.
