Speaking of, do you weight train at all and, if so, how many sets do you do? I only do two because I read somewhere that was all that was really necessary. But now I don't remember where I got that and I'm thinking of going up to 3.
Yeah, I prefer the gym, but...you know...jumprope is hard on my ankles, I've been alternating it with hourlong bike rides into the berkeley hills (puff, puff, wheeze)
Heck yeah, I weight train. Two sets it probably fine, providing your weights are heavy enough. You need some fairly good resistance, none of that "just for toning" lightweight thing. At least that's what I've gleaned from my studies. Of course, 3 will burn that many more calories, but 2 is fine. You didn't look like you were prone to being bulky, to me, though, so if I were you I might go ahead and do three, when you feel like you can.
Miss skinny jeans!

I'm sorry, I totally understand. Lots of times it hurts my little feelings when people don't answer me, either. Don't worry about it.

Just a random thought.

Okay, now you're making me a tiny bit sick.... I literally have 89 cents.... just teasing you.
No big, cause I sing for the things, that money can't buy.... I'm gonna have to, aren't I?

well, sometimes I really laugh like that. Lots, actually. I never do it to make someone think they are funny. Well, maybe once in a very, very great while. And if I didn't laugh out loud, I usually still think it is incredibly clever. usually I really laugh, though.

When I use those, I laugh but my head doesn't actually bounce up and down like that.

Thank you I tried on size 10 at the Gap too and they fit. So it's for real, and I've admitted my size, but a 10 seems tiny to me now, when it used to seem so big. Anyway, I didn't like the "distressed" jeans, they fit perfectly but the washed out parts accentuate everything a woman doesn't want to accentuate.

Thanks for the info on the sets. I figured too if I did 2 that I would be more likely to stick with my routine and less likely to quit, which has been going well. 3 just seems so overwhelming.

Wow, you looked smaller than that when I saw you, but that is great. I would think you were...an 8?
Anyway, just make sure your weights are heavy enough.

I wasn't poking fun. Just clarifying, cause now maybe people will think I don't really laugh when I use those, and I just couldn't stand that. *snick*
God, I hope people don't do that. Maybe you should delete that question....
