For Stevie's birthday tomorrow

[GateandGarden]

I decided to sing.

Well, more significantly, I decided to sing, record it, and share it with y'all. So, this is my tribute but I have to say that I'll be happy when Christine's birthday comes because my voice is much more suited to her music.

So, this is a weird a capella montage. (And the quality is on the crappy side). I decided to do the beginning of "Silver Springs," the beginning and chorus of "Think About it," and finally the beginning of "Straight Back."

This is embarrassing for me but I hope y'all enjoy it.

On another note...Happy Birthday Stevie and I love you!!!

[Serendipity]

Did you send a birthday greeting on nicksfix.com? I got writers block. p.s. I like your birthday tribute, not embarrasing at all!!!!

I haven't sent one yet. Like you, I haven't quite decided what to write. Thanks for the compliment.

Your voice is quite similar to Christine's, IMO.

Great job......I especially liked "Think About It."

Vey cool Hillary- don't be embarrassed- that's sweet.

[GateandGarden]

Thanks Krista and Jannie!!! Y'all are sweet.

[strandinthewind]

You have very nice voice

[wondergirl9847]

That's cool!! How did you do that and get that echo-y sound? That's rad, and I would love to record myself...ya know, not on a tape recorder. LOL

The sound recorder that comes with Windows (I have ME but I think it comes with all versions) has an echo option, which I tend to like because I feel like it makes everything sound a little bit better. I'm weird like that.

Oh Hill. You're the poet in my <3.

Aw, thank you.

[CreepingDeath]

Great job, Hillary!

You have WAY more guts than me. I could never post me singing.

Thank you! Oh, it's not like I wasn't scared! I'm getting more compliments than I expected. I'm really flattered.

Thanks David!

And happy birthday to Susan, too. Does she know she shares a birthday with a goddess? Well, I halfway mean that. And I used "well" for no reason on purpose.
