Is it a scam??

Has anyone bought tickets through the pre-sales? I got the notification of the Detroit pre-sale an hour after it had started... and ever since, have pulled the exact same (lousy) seats. And they are REALLY lousy. These pre-sales don't actually mean better seats, do they? I fully expect to find better seats when they go on sale for real on Saturday.

Anyone else had a better experience?

Good luck Cat!..I hear ya..same thing here..for 2 nows have been checking ticketmaster out for seats for some friends..and keep getting the exact same seats..Blahhh..Ticketmaster is a Scam.

Yeah, it's a racket. They show you a veneer that looks legit but behind the scenes it's all shady.

The presales are totally lame! Keep searching though while you can. You never know. Something good might come up. Because ticketmaster releases a block or grid of seats, they pop up randomly. But I am thinking the presale section should have something good in it, right? Or am I just kidding myself like this guy? -----> Should I look more like this guy? ----> I think the answer is ------>
