You could blade WAY off the strip, but the strip itself is like Manhattan at Friday lunch hour - but full of white trash. Jam packed full of some of the most frightening humanity this side of Branson.

If you are 3rd row from the stage, but all the way on the side of the arena, will this be a horrible seat? I am in section 2 which is towards the side of the stage, am I in trouble?

Ah, I shall feel right at home...
I can't believe they don't have bike lanes or anything. How backwards!

Here's a couple of great shots of the venue... the lower seating and the size of the stage is sort of explained by these pics.

by the looks of those pictures, i don't see how on Earth anyone is gonna be able to rush the stage for "Edge".... there seems to be stairs that lead up to the stage and i doubt if security is gonna let the fans walk up the steps to touch Stevie's hands... i just don't see how that's gonna happen.. although i'm still gonna try

My boss saw Elton. He said there was NO standing allowed..front row especially. So..be prepared. I was asking him about room in front of the stage and he said there is not much and security was uber tight. I am not expecting them to allow an Edge rush...and frankly I am just grateful to be going!

I am going to try to sneak in my camera..and take a few photos..

Good luck... And you might want to consider crotching it, just incase they make you open your purse.

But other than that, pretty neat
Did she sing any of her French hits? 'Cause. That. Would. Rule.

Alex - do you think if, by chance, one of us did manage to get a camera in, that security would notice if we sneaked a few pics without a flash? Are there just a few guys up front, or all over the place?

I dunno. Marissa and I were just talking about the configuration, and the more I look at the stage, it really wouldn't surprise me if Stevie just came down the stairs and walked along the front row to shake hands. She did it in the old days, so why not now? It's only a couple shallow steps. She'll have security. And Edge would be toward the end of the show, so if people did rush the stage, it would only be for one or two songs... not much time for a riot to break out . Have there ever been Stevie solo shows in which the whole Edge of 17 "tradition" was dispensed with?
