I know! I took 8th row for Saturday because nothing better than that has come up at all for that night. So, I wanted to at least know I was going to closing night. Friday night I am willing to be more risky in my seat searching. I won't go unless I'm in the first three rows. It's too expensive to see THREE shows without at least one show being out of control good seats! I want her to wave and bow at me at the end of the show like she did in Calgary from the third row! I nearly died!

I can remember (barely) all the times I stood in line for hours for concert tickets - and yes that was before the internet and Ticketmaster still sucked! I ditched work to stand in line for the first Stevie Nicks solo tour back in 1981 - got 7th row seats at the San Diego Sports Arena and then just weeks before the concert she cancelled the show! As hard as it is to wait until the last minute I have been rewarded with prime seats both on the Say You Will tour and now for Vegas.

Does anyone stand in line for tickets anymore? At times that was as entertaining as the show itself!

Seriously! Those are great seats! Did you just get them? JJ is all that's coming up right now! Okay, I gotta calm down and do some work for a while then check back. I'm gonna have a heart attack! This is too stressful all this ticketmastering! Why are concert promoters such dicks? Do they hold onto prime seats until close to the event so they have enough comp tickets available and once they have a better assessment on how many they actually need, they release the leftovers? I don't get it! Makes me so clazy!!!

sounds about right... also, when the ticket brokers can't sell the tickets that Ticketbastard gave them to sell at an extorted price, they give them back to Ticketbastard so they can sell them at face value and make some money on it.. one hand washes the other, you see..
