Default What Stevie song is your LEAST favorite on Tusk?

I think that Stevie's songs on Tusk represent her greatest Fleetwood Mac effort. Since I love each one of her songs on there, it's hard for me to decide which song I like the least. So I was just curious what everyone's opinion is.

I voted for Angel. I love the lyrics and I love its rockin' vibe, but compared to the others, I decided it is my least favorite.

Sara. My favorite is Angel. But I like them all, very much.

"Angel" and "Storms" both stink to the highest heaven!

I vote for Beautiful Child, which is just not a favorite of mine, although it's fine in the wider context of a double album that's a sprawling series of mostly peaks & a few valleys. Certainly there's an interesting reverb thing going on on the Beautiful Child track, & the minimalism & dream-state quality of it are picture-pretty.

I like the track a lot. I just don't think it's the best thing she's ever done, like many other fans do.

That comes from the Strindberg in you, Gaius.

Angel is my least favorite but I still like it. And my heart is aching for all the Sara hating. I think I'll manage to survive though.

My fave is "Sara" closely followed by "Angel." I also think that these tracks represent some of her best efforts with FM (also her three on Mirage), so it's hard to pick a least favorite. I find them all enthralling, but I chose "Sisters of the Moon." I love the lyrics, the music, the vocals--everything, but I don't listen to it as much as the others, and I find it much harder to relate to than the others. The other four remind me of some event or even some major theme in my life but "Sisters of the Moon" seems to be much more personal to Stevie and then obviously not so universal as the others.

What do you think are some of her best works? I'm always interested to know what others think are the best, particularly when they differ from popular opinion.

I voted for storms, just because I could never got into the song.

I prefer Angel on Stevies solo version MUSICALLY more than Fleetwood Mac's but performance wise it doesnt beat stevies solo version.

Jimmy thinks Alice is her best and that surely differs from popular opinion.
Don't ya Jimmy?

Wait, wait! What is this "solo version" of "Angel" of which you speak?
