It's so hilarious that you still inadvertently used a smilie!

I know, I said that before. I said, everythings insignificant, except to the beings we share the earth with, who are also insignificant, cosmically, but to each other, are not insignificant. And, we live with each other, so while we should all keep our cosmic insignificance (sp) in mind, we should also realize that to the other inhabitants that we share the earth with, we may not be insignificant! Hello, I know y'all think I am not smart, but you should really read my posts....Sesly, I'm hella deep and knowledgeable! (yet insignificant, of course!)

I also figure there's a possibility, that, cosmically, the human race and its individuals have a significance in the grand scheme of things. Maybe we just don't understand what it could be yet, or maybe we never will.

EDIT: Ugh, subject-verb agreement error!

Hmmm. Maybe. But if we can't understand it, how significant could it be? But sesly. We can only do what we know, but we sure as hell could know a lot more things, as a people. There are millions of things everywhere, easily attainable, that people don't know, but could.

And perhaps we're not meant to

If you believed in the theory of six degrees of seperation (each person on Earth is seperated by five other people), you might reconsider thinking your life has no meaning. I'm not saying I do or I don't but more food for thought.

I think you should consider what Marissa said. I think you're cornering and limiting yourself. This is not meant to be condescending in the least and I apologize in advance if it comes off that way (as I hate that), but I think you might change your mind when you get older. I don't mean to imply that I'm older and wiser, because I admit that I may change my mind on these issues as well.

Just because you are meaningful, doesn't mean you have a responsibility to live. as far as i can tell, living is tedious and painful. you know, just like it has been throughout time? Not to be DD, but that's just how I feel.

Did I say (or imply) that anyone had a responsibility to live?
