You can't be a snob if you really ARE better than those people - which you obviously are!

You could go for the cheaper route.... Get a big jar, fill it 1/3 full of water and add all your cigarette butts and ash to it... Mix it up and put the lid on... Let it mature a bit then when you get the urge to smoke, open it and take a deep breath.. It will put you right off it..

siiiiiiiiccccck!!!!!!!

you think that would work? when i first started reading, i thought you were gonna end with..."then DRINK IT!"

seriously, if i could find some way to have my throat in searing pain for like, two weeks, that would totally work.

Same here, I am a huge fan of food. Yesterday I went to my Mom's side and I brought a spinach & artichoke dip in a bread bowl. The bread was Tuscan from here in the North End. It was so good, I want some now! For dinner we had ham and these savory potatoes au gratin (slurp).

Or do your own aversion therapy. Make yourself smoke a whole pack in succession, one after the other. If that doesn't do it, smoke another one. You'll quit when you're ready. It is really hard, I know!

welcome to last week! Thus, my ensuing throat problems...Plus, that seems dumb to smoke a billion cigarettes to stop myself from smoking cigarettes.

I'm sure you can understand the distinction at this point, for someone who is already addicted to cigarettes...every cigarette is dumb, it just seems extra counterproductive to smoke more in order to smoke less. Also? Happy Assmunchmas!!!
