These Boots Are Made For Walkin' & The More I See You - Nancy Sinatra (ok, ok, just about any Nancy Sinatra song is a happy song for me... I love the kitsch value)

Don't Stop, Tusk, Say You Will, Family Man, Little Lies, Stand Back, Talk To Me, Holiday Road, Got a Hold On Me - FM/solo

The Shoop Shoop Song, All I Really Want To Do, Gypsies, Tramps & Thieves, Dark Lady - (Sonny &) Cher

She Bop, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun, Hole In My Heart, Shine - Cyndi Lauper

Rockin' Good Way (To Mess Around And Fall In Love) - Bonnie Tyler & Shakin' Stevens

Typical Male, Nutbush City Limits (especially the '90s version), A Fool In Love, What You Get Is What You See - (Ike &) Tina Turner

There are tons more, but I'm just going to stop there.

I think I'll add Just Like Jesse James to my list. That song always puts a smile on my face.

Her husband is hysterical, too; a very nice man.

Definitely! I forgot about that one for a minute. One of her "funnest" songs.

And, of course, Half Breed. All these songs are a riot ! The castanets and strings in Dark Lady absolutely kill me.

Have you seen the remake for Dawn of the Dead? It has an incredible opening title sequence built around Cash's "The Man Comes Around." I had never heard it before, but it blew my mind. That is one amazing song.

I haven't seen the movie, but I have heard the song. It's great (like the whole album), even if I don't generally go for Jesus music.

I love "Jesse James," but when I try to sing along with that sucker, I stumble over the lyrics everytime.

I never screw up the "come on, baby, show me what that loaded gun is for" line though.

Without meaning to be corny, it's definitely one of Cyndi's shining moments. All the planets of the universe alligned when she recorded that one.

No. I still have two more miracles to go, damnit.
