Amber, my dear, digestion has nothing to do with it (a little, maybe), it's how are cells absorb it. We ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT. Sure, we have the same organs, but everyone's organs work differently. My stomach is not the same as yours. I study this stuff everday, I should know.

That's how you can spot an Italian, just look for body hair. Works for both sexes, too.

Dude, what good nutrition is for most people just doesn't have that much variance. Most of the variance will be due to allergy. and cells are not that different You will never convince me, so you can stop trying right now if you'd like...I know there is slight variance, but nutritionally, a lot of people are very similar

I don't smoke and I don't do drugs (never even tried them), but I will have a drink on occasion.
I'm almost entirely caffeine-free (just read my label! ), because the caffiene aggrivates my anxiety levels... but I'll have some chocolate every now and then.

I'm not a chocolate fan, it binds me up.

I won't even hang around a smoker. My lungs won't turn into mushy dark goo because of someone else's stupidity. No offense to the smokers out there.
