i am surprised sheryl won two awards.

she said she will have a new album out next yr.

did you see her performance on AOL Sessions? It was good.

I did see her AOL session but honestly, I like her video better for the whole Alice In Wonderland theme. It just rocks. I think it's bizarre though that some radio stations are editing the song while others aren't. I really don't think "take a chance you stupid ho" is that bad.

And yes, i'm surprised Sheryl won two awards as well. I wonder if Stevie's there. There seem to be a lot of people in the audience that aren't up for anything.

Yes, her video is very good. Did you see Making The Video? That was pretty cool.

It annoys me how they edit "ho" from the song. That's what bothered me about the AOL sessions performance. Did they edit "ho" at the awards tonight?

I don't know if they edited it out tonight (ya know since I suck and I missed it) but that truly bugs me.

The burrito thing...I think she was nervous and hungry and I guess someone went and got her a burrito?

Ho is just describing herself anyway. She's not talking about someone else. The editing is just stupid. I missed her performance by 5 minutes. I am so pissed. If anyone can get footage, please share! I have been looking and nada.

Newsflash, Gretchen Wilson totally didn't sing. Where were the back up singers and her guitar playing wasn't real either. I was really disappointed.

I'm like, 99.9% certain Gretchen was singing live and they dubbed in her backing vocals (it's her backing herself).

I only saw bits and pieces of the show. Saw the beginning- Gwen was okay. Her song is amazing, she almost channels Lene Lovich in it, and it held up better live than I thought it would.

I actually snorted at the Snoop Dogg bake sale joke at the beginning, then felt dirty and had to stop.

Gretchen was singing. She doesn't lip-synch. The backup vocals were a pre-recorded backing track, but she was singing. I love Gretchen. She funds my paychecks every week, for which I'm eternally grateful, and she's a completely talented, completely nice person. If anyone's a fan of hers- we just put out a new special edition of her album last Tuesday that has some extra tracks, a DVD, etc.- very cool.

The AMAs are so dumb.

It didn't look like she was singing, but I am not a fan so I wouldn't know. I am sorry if I stepped on any toes. It just didn't look real!
