Default Bin Laden tape on CNN

Bin Laden is on CNN talking about 9/11. Apparently he's seen Michael Moore's movie as he references My Pet Goat. He also refers to Kerry.

but I saw what was said on ABC news just a bit ago...

He mentioned that neither Bush nor Kerry can ensure security for America...that only non-interference in the Middle East by the US can ensure security.

I miss having CNN since I find MSNBC boring as hell.

I'll be interested to see Dubya's reaction to this, especially since he's said he's not worried about UBL and that he's not at the top of the priority list.

Of course, if we hadn't let UBL escape from Tora Bora, or made a big effort to find him in the 3 YEARS since 9/11, we wouldn't be subjected to this tape in the first place.

By the way, I have a very good friend serving with the Army in southern Afghanistan. He has written me several letters and says that UBL's name has never been mentioned - not even ONCE - by any of his commanders.

how nice of UBL to put less pressure on this election. It doesn't matter who wins, we're f**ked no matter what

Question Is it just me...

or does it seem rather convenient that this tape of Osama "Farty Pants" Bin Laden magically appears the weekend before the big election?

Weird...

Even though we have discussed this many times, I am shocked. I really thought he was dead. This is unbelievable. He appears healthy and was dressed in orange. It's also highly suspicious that he appeared just in time for the nightly news.

which is a warped humorous take:

OBL is 6'-5"
OBL is very slender for his height
OBL has a large nose
OBL has facial hair
OBL disappearred for a long while and now reappears

Mick Fleetwood is 6'-5"
Mick Fleetwood is very slender for his height
Mick Fleetwood has a large nose
Mick Fleetwood has facial hair
Mick Fleetwood just finished a tour of the US...And has nothing to do except hock his solo release.

Hey Mick, Anything ya want to tell us???

The "blood in the streets" guy? That video looked a little too produced IMO. This is just a little too crazy.

That was so fake. I mean. It had LIGHTING. Come on, LIGHTING! It was obviously not real.

and I disagree with it being a fake because NBC news showed that this "blood in the streets" guy may have narrated a video tape that praised the terror hijackers on 9/11 as "heroes of the Ji-had" (The voice was nearly identical...), So who knows.

All I know is that everyone should be careful the next several days...Something is up.
