I just realized that instead of the line, "Must be just exactly what I need," he is actually singing "Must be just too sexy what I need!" I slowed it down to half-speed to make sure I wasn't mistaken, and played it over about 20 times, so I am 100% positive about this.

I've been hearing the same thing, but the official lyrics (in the cd inlays etc) read "just exactly".
