Most of my favs have already been pictured and I'm hopless posting pics anyway--so I'll stick to text for my list:
1-George Clooney--the man is a modern-day Cary Grant. 2-Cary Grant-because he was the original! Even he said he wanted to be Cary Grant! 3-Sean Connery--the man is over 70 and is still fine. Seeing him in old Bond films back in the day makes me swoon. 4-Harrison Ford-I don't think he's aged well but I've been in love with him since I was 12 years old and saw Star Wars for the first time. All my little friends were in love with Mark Hamill but not me--my heart belonged to Harrison. 5-Hugh Grant--Again, very Cary Grant like but in a more inept way which is all the more endearing. 6-Colin Firth-because he just is. He's so good at saying everything without saying much of anything. He just smolders. 7-Russell Crowe-it's that whole bad boy thing he's got going on that I adore. 8-And another golden oldie--Clark Gable. Remember the scene in Gone With the Wind where we (and Scarlett) see him for the first time--standing at the bottom of the stairway at the party? Damn, he was fine. And I've also got a list for news hotties (this may indicate that I spend way too much of my time watching the news btw) 1-Anderson Cooper-CNN-because he's adorable, funny, and smart. 2-Keith Olbermann-MSNBC-because he's smart and funny and can use his wit to snap lesser beings into bits. And because he's not a media whore unlike 99% of the hacks out there today. (*Upon reflection, I now realize I have a thing with guys who are either grey or getting that way rapidly, who also have Ivy League educations and snarky senses of humor. Hmmm.) 3-John Roberts-CBS-Lord I wish Dan Rather would go ahead and retire and let John have his job. 4-Dan Abrams--MSNBC-legal eagle and hottie. Last edited by DeeGeMe; 08-22-2004 at 05:35 PM.. |

Thanks for the link. But I'm going to have to wait until later to register-they have specific hours to do that and now is not one of them! Darn!

Sharon- I seriously watched "Never Been Kissed" 87 times the first summer it was out on video. I counted. It's not even a good movie! But I certainly enjoyed watching it. Oh, and markolas mentioned Patrick Stewart- I LOVE Patrick Stewart. My first two girl crushes when I was little were Lindsey and Patrick Stewart. I loved Captain Picard. |

I've been trying to get another copy of the "Live In New York" DVD from '99 for ages because I lost mine and it's so hard to get one, people are trying to sell them for almost a hundred bucks. Bastards. ![]()

![]() I don't think any version of Call Me can top the "Live" album version, personally; it was mind-blowing. ![]()

Ooh... thanks for the Clive Owen pic, Mari! As if he isn't already hot enough, then he opens his mouth and out comes that accent........ *swoons*
Good choice on Michael Vartan, Hayley. I can't believe I forgot him... he is a total dreamboat in 'Never Been Kissed.' ![]() Can't believe I forgot Goran Visnjic too! Is it hot in here? ![]()
