Default Strange album cover comparison

So there's this new band I've been hearing about: The Scissor Sisters. I've read more than a couple articles that said their music is sometimes inspired by Fleetwood Mac..which is always cool. But it seems that they not only draw their musical inspiration from the band. Looks to me, like the cover of their new new has a lot of similarities to TISL. what do you think? (see attachement) kinda neat.

I have the CD. It's pretty good, but it's definitely more Elton John-ish than Fleetwood Mac. Still, there is one song, "Take Your Mama," that sounds like "Bare Trees" era FM. I was also thinking the same thing about the cover, by the way.

yeah -- I have the album too... and I thought the same thing. much more elton than FM. But the group does tend to dress up in very stevie-inspired costumes sometimes ...even the guys.

and this is just probably TOO big a stretch... but it honestly DID remind ME of Penguin. I just always have FM on the brain.
