I started a thread regarding getting DSL or cable. Since I don't see the thread anymore, I just wanted to thank all who responded. I got my DSL started today on my brand new computer, & DSL is awesome especially compared to what I have on my old computer (Juno dial-up). I was so afraid that it would mess up my phone line or my new computer & wouldn't work right. I love it. It is so fast. It's great. I don't know what cable is like, but I would recommend DSL in a minute.
Oh, & it frees up my phone line, too. Lee ![]() |

It's so funny that you post this, because I'm doing some research. So far, I want to go with DSL. Do you mind sharing some tips about DSL?
