Jimmy Iovine would be really neat to do a Q&A with. It would probably be pages and pages and pages. :-)

All of these suggestions are great! I would LOVE for Richard Dashut to do a Q and A. Do we know who any of the roadies were for the Dance tour? I bet they'd have some stories to tell! There's a guy at school that was a roadie for the Grateful Dead for awhile..
Eddy Quintela! Just kidding, I know he can't be gotten, any more than Chris ![]() The ones we've had have been so great, Marty. Thanks for all the work

A good friend of mine says that her mom (does this sound convoluted or what?) knows a roadie who was on the Mirage tour. I'd love to sit down and talk to him a while...I told her to get him in touch with me....we'll see if that ever happens.
Someone that I think would be great would be Ray Lindsey....I'd think being LB's right hand man on stage might lend a lot of insight into the band and LB. Anyway to get in touch with him??? Stewy |

how about Ray Lindsey, Sharon Celani, Mindy Stein...
and of course the people you mentioned (Bekka, etc.) would be fine. Appreciate your getting people into this and also asking us for input. keep up the great work! Look forward to more Q&As. Justine |

Wow, all of these suggestions are really good. Marty, how about Judy Wong. Wasn't she a personal assistant(secretary) to Fleetwood Mac? I'm sure a lot of intersting topics would come up in a q&a session with her. Just happened to notice this, but "Tango In The Night" is dedicated to her! How about any of the Fritz people, if you could get a hold of them. Ray Lindsey would be a good one. Or Ken Calliat. I would like to see Martin Birch, too. A Dance roadie would be awesome.

Being a Peter Green's huge fan and because the Q & A session with Martin Celmins will probably be a big fiasco,I would like to get Mike Vernon, but I'm sure Judy Wong would be great as well.
God bless you. Mario. |

Administrator of The Penguin...
Sorry Iam so late but just saw this today! A fine one to speak with if he is *allowed* to talk...would be Bob Aquirre...Lindsey's long time friend and helper from Fritz Daz! Richard Dashut or Ken Callit are a good choice as is LB's Guitar Tech...Ray Lindsey ! Oh, another idea... How about John Courage? Cheers for Great Music !!! ~Sky~ [Edited 1 times, lastly by Skylark on August 08, 2000] |

Herbert Worthington would be an interesting choice. don't know if someone has suggested him already. also, i read a Q&A on another site with the percussion player from stevie's millenium shows- forgot his name- i think the Latino one?

I did email the Music Academy but never heard anything back from that. I have also sent an email directly to her but again, no reply. Sometimes these things take a while to set up. Keep your fingers crossed !

L.Compaq, I believe the percussionist you're referring to is Lenny Castro, the guy who was also in the background of the dance video.
As for Q&A requests, I'd be knocked out if Warren Zevon did it, or perhaps Behind The Mask producer Greg Ladanyi - he may be able to fill us in with unknown info from that era(unreleased material, funny stories, etc). I also agree with the Richard Dashut & Judy Wong suggestions. |
