PNC Pre-sale problems?

Is anyone else having trouble? First of all they said that tickets would go on sale at 2pm ET, and they didn't. Platinum was, but not bronze. So I called and they told me they would be on sale at 3. I keep trying to order my tix, but it keeps throwing me back to the shipping address screen. I called 4 times. They said they had been having technical problems and to just keep checking back. I was just wondering if anyone had better luck. This is probably pay back for me because I was one of the few people who actually did well with the old fan club presale! Well, I'm going to go hit the refresh button one more time before I have to go to work. This rots.

I wasn't going to buy tickets, but I did see if they were on sale at 2 and they weren't. I think it's fixed now. It seems they always have "technical" problems.
