What happened to...?

Does anyone know why Richard Dashut and Ken Calliat were not involved in Say You Will? Richard and Lindsey worked so well together, especially on Out of the Cradle, that I think Richard's presense would have made Say You Will even better!!!

I agree! I have often wondered why, when they all appeared to make such a great team and all know "the fleetwood mac sound" intuitively, why they didn't work that way again. Because even if you think it's because Lindsey was wanting to express himself and redefine the band, or whatever, he was doing this with Tusk as well and did it successfully with that team. I love SYW but it seems hit or miss to me, or it just isn't quite as cohesive as a whole IMO, even as Tusk. But ask me in 25yrs. and I may have an entirely different opinion as I hated Tusk when I was a kid and it was first out. Now I love it, all the way through. But I still can't stand brussell sprouts, hmmm......
