She didn't want to be a cleaning lady, and she'd stop at nothing in achieving that goal.

It's a good thing it was so cheap at the time. if she tried to live on hamburger helper now, they'd be in the poorhouse.

She should publish her Hamburger Helper recipe guide. How to make it different.

So you mean she is a visionary, being the one who decided to join FM.

I still don't understand how she hasn't won a Nobel Prize!

She's a moron. I couldn't have any less respect for her.

I heard a Fleetwood Mac tune Sunday when I was shopping for new shoes at Big 5... but I forgot which one it was.

which of course was literally just 'cleaning' Keith Olsen's house in exchange for living there rent-free, which according to Keith, she did very badly. And likely not very many times.

There are probably only two things she did well. Drugs would be #1. And.... well....#2, she never could keep a man, so she was most likely pretty bad at #2. So I guess there was only one thing she did well ...

Oh crap, I forgot about playing piano and guitar! Wait, is this a "good at" list, or is a bad one? She's quite the enigma.

Did she ever say she was a really good cleaning lady? I don't mean to defend her this time, but I don't see anything wrong with being bad at cleaning houses; it's not something that surprises me. I know someone who's terrible at sweeping, me.

Now, if she ever said she was the best at cleaning and that she outshone Cinderella in those tasks, well that wouldn't surprise me coming from Stevie. But I don't remember ever reading anything like that.

I'd like to know if, during those days when she also worked as a waitress at Bob's Big Boy, she made better coffee than Rachel Green at Central Perk. I also wonder how much a photo of her in that red and white checkered apron would cost.

If Lindsey was good at it, she'd claim it's because she taught him how to clean a toilet.

she wasn't "cleaning houses" plural. That makes it sound like she worked for a cleaning business or ran one herself... she cleaned up for her roommates in their ONE house. That's it. It's the clever way she phrases it, she was a "cleaning lady". That implies something you do to make a buck. She didn't. She never left her own house that she was living in at the time. She never did it before that and never did it afterwards, and frankly if she did it more than a couple of months I'd be surprised. So no she wasn't a "cleaning lady". If I agree to cook dinner and serve it at the table to my roommates in exchange for rent or whatever, it would be quite a stretch to say "I was a chef" or "I was a waitress" .....

It's like when she said Robin was her "speech therapist". Uh, not even close. Speech therapist is a licensed clinical role that requires college education and professional credentials and licensing. Robin was actually her friend who helped fire up the facial steamer that Stevie used to soothe her throat, and who made her tea or whatever.

It's like when she says Lindsey "didn't work". Who the hell was arranging her songs, and playing the instruments, and being the recording engineer and producer of all her songs and their demos in his dad's coffee plant (while she crocheted and doodled) so they would actually have something to play to record companies? And again in LA when they were making a second BN album on spec? He also worked as a studio musician and a touring musician (Everly Bros...the tour where he went out on the road iwth them and she sat in Aspen looking at the mountains). And he worked a call center gig for a bit.

It's her "romantic" way of exaggerating.

But but... she said in the Sara demo "I don't want to be a cleaning lady"

And if she said she was a cleaning lady... that must be an absolute irrefutable fact.

This guy always does quick videos of 1970s nostalgia. In this short the 1975 Fleetwood Mac album is included next to the tape recorder.

Can we go back please

Hold Me, Leather and Lace, and Trouble are included inf this "Top 50 songs of 1982" post that appeared in my Instagram, from an account I don't follow (the algorithm already know whatt I like )

Looking for Gypsy charts, I found unexpected it didn't reach the year-end Top Hot 100 list of 1982. Even EoS barely made it (#100).

Gold Dust Woman is blasting in the Krogers.

Can you imagine what free blow samples would do for their sales?
