Wow. I just found this really crisp version of Believe Me on Youtube, from 1973.

Phenomenal! I love the little bow she takes at the end. She was pure pro.

John was really cool in this, as well.

Bob Weston was great, too. It's too bad Mick wasn't better at diddlin' his own wife.

When you look at how much these people drank, I'm not surprised by any of it.

I think Brits have always out drank us. You know, I was adopted at birth, and always suspected that maybe I was of British descent

Think about blacking out. Then think about some of the "hook ups" that they don't even remember.

I ended my own slut period in 2012. A couple years of solid getting hammered and laid got old after a couple of years, believe it or not. There were a couple times where I didn't even know their name. It was great, until it wasn't...(nothing happened, I just got tired of one night stands).

I was going to say that peruvians drink more than British, or so I thought, since the average per capita consumption of beer (for example) is aprox 46 liters per year. But I just checked, in UK it is 68 liters per year (2022). My respects (and cheers)!

Anyway both numbers may be underrated.

Well, I just did the math on my numbers, and I'll see myself out now....

It's no wonder I always loved Christine the best. The woman who was never photographed without a glass in her hand.

You know, Jesus hates a quitter(that's what I tell anyone who leaves happy hour early).

This picture appeared in my fb, from one of those suggested pages I don't follow. I lost the link and didn't appear again but I just realized it's the same as her instagram profile. She looks happy, the description says it's from the Buck Vie tour. Evidently there was no fear of flying anymore.

This week ending September 19, 1987 - SiriusXM BIG 80s countdown
Little Lies leaps from #37 to #29
Weird to think it would be not only the band's last top 10 hit but also the last time that Chris's, Lindsey's, or Stevie's voice would ever be in the top 10. IMHO Little Lies should have been the lead single. I think it would have went to #1 and dragged the album higher. Big Love should have been second. Seven Wonders was not a huge hit and the album fell and by the time Little Lies was released it recovered some but the momentum was lost.

Band getting ready to hit the road with a hit single racing up the charts. 2 new guitarists, Stevie out of rehab but no Lindsey.

On another note, boy there was some crappy music in 1987. Half the music on this countdown is crap.

NBC just played Go Your Own Way as a preview for next Saturday night's Cowboys/Packers game.

I wonder which team will be singing Not That Funny after the game.

I keep hearing Don't Stop and YMLF. It's fun shopping and hearing these in various stores.
